TDK to Construct and Install New Large-Scale Anechoic Chamber FOR Measurement, Evaluation, and Analysis of Electromagnetic Waves at the World's Highest Levels

TOKYO, Aug 27, 2008 - TDK Corporation announced today that it will construct a large-scale, high-performance anechoic chamber at its Technical Center in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture. The new chamber, which is scheduled for completion in about October 2009, will make possible measurement, evaluation, and analysis of electromagnetic waves at the world's highest levels. [more]

Cedar Park, Texas – EMC Automation introduces the DAPS-01 Dual Antenna Positioning system, a computer-controlled positioner specifically designed for remote positioning of two antennas in a fully anechoic environment. The DAPS-01 simplifies testing by allowing test engineers to test continuously across two antenna bandwidths without interruption, so EMC test laboratories can realize significant time savings. EMC AUTOMATION ANNOUNCES EMC TEST INTERFACE

CEDAR PARK, TEXAS, December 17, 1999 – EMC Automation announces the ETI-350 EMC Test Interface, a multi-purpose microprocessor-based instrument designed to function as the central control unit for EMC tests. The ETI-350's resident Windows-based Pentium II system performs power monitoring, field monitoring, RF switching, and computer control. Combined with a signal generator and an amplifier, the ETI-350 provides a complete EMS testing solution. EMC AUTOMATION ANNOUNCES COLOR VIDEO CAMERA FOR EMC TESTING

CEDAR PARK, TEXAS, December 15, 1999 – EMC Automation announces the VC-04 Color Video Camera, a high performance CCD specifically designed from remote monitoring of equipment under test in an anechoic chamber or shielded room. The VC-04 camera system includes the SI-300/CC, a dedicated camera control interface that permits remote control for the camera's pan, tilt, zoom, focus, and iris control. The VC-04 features six preset positions for zoom and focus, automatic and manual iris control, and camera ID character generation.
